I haven’t done laundry in awhile. I kept laying my clothes over the back of my desk chair, higher and higher. That system was working fine for me until the avalanche. Just walking around my room, I’ve been up to my ankles in clothes the past week. You might think I’d be running low on things to wear, but I’ve been buying a lot of clothes this week too. So, it all evens out. Except that now I need to pack for Bex’s and my roadtrip tomorrow.

The moral of the story is this: Don’t do what I did, kids. Eventually you will have to do laundry— and you better be good at the high jump if you want to get out of your bedroom door.
